We have a great opportunity for an experienced Inside Sales Rep to join our growing organization. This focus of this role is to generate revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending new products and finding ways to grow current product sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Creates new sales by initiating calls to new customers.

Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and educating on new applications.

Keeping CRM database up to date with client information, sales stage processes and client opportunities.

Acts on and achieves individual goals in alignment with departmental and organizational goals.

Increases job knowledge by studying products, industry, and participating in educational opportunities.

Required to achieve the established sales metrics as determined by Department Manager.

Engages in sales activities with a majority of all sales originating via phone conversations, (90%) coupled with other communication means such as email, mail, text, and fax.

Attends and actively engages in team meetings.

Actively grow distributor relations and sales activities.

Job requirements/skills:

Presentation skills, Verbal communication, Motivation for sales, Sales planning, Client management, prospecting skills, persistence. Computer skills Microsoft Office suite products, basic programs, and CRM database.

Travel:

3-6 times per year for sales training and working at tradeshows.
