What Is DiaGel?

DiaGel is an oral one-time use syringe used to maintain a healthy intestinal tract and may be given when digestive upsets occur, such as occasional loose stools or vomiting. It’s formulated to promote proper digestion and bowel health in pets, often yielding noticeable results within 24 hours.

Directions for Use

Set the calibration ring on the syringe plunger according to the weight usage requirement. Place the syringe between the side teeth of the horse, aiming as far down on the back of the tongue as possible. Gently push the plunger to release the gel.

PRIMARY USE:
Give the recommended amount by weight at time of digestive upset. For additional usage, administer every 6 hours for up to 3 days.

  • Newborn to 120 lbs: 10 ml
  • 121 to 250 lbs: 15 ml
  • 251 to 500 lbs: 20 ml
  • 501+ lbs: 30 ml 

 

PRE-STRESS USE:
Give the recommended amount by weight 2 hours prior to stress induced event. Repeat as necessary every 12 hours for up to 5 days.
